The hotel rooms were small but clean and comfortable, offering a good variety of breakfast options. The location was unfortunate for a family trip, being towards the backstreet instead of Gran Via, but it was great for access to major attractions. The service was friendly and helpful, though slightly overworked. The dining experience was very good with lots of choices. The facilities were adequate.

The hotel is centrally located on La Gran Vía, near Plaza del Sol, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms, although lacking natural light, are well-equipped with Rituals products and offer a variety of food options. The friendly service, although a bit overworked, goes the extra mile to assist guests.

The hotel had a very interior feeling in the rooms, almost like there were no windows. The balcony was small, accommodating only one person, but it offered a view of Gran Via, which was a nice touch for a family trip with a meaningful occasion. It was unfortunate that the view faced the backstreet instead of Gran Via.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were cozy but had a very interior feeling. The balcony was narrow, suitable for just one person, with a view of Gran Via.
Service

The staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even recognized us after a day or two and made friendly remarks. Their service was top-notch.
Location
10.0
The location was a blessing in this hotel, right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. It was within walking distance to everything, and the Metro and buses were conveniently located right outside.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was of a very high standard, offering a wide selection of cereals, fruits, continental and cooked breakfast options, pastries, and beverages. However, the price was a bit on the expensive side.

7.0/10

The hotel room I stayed in faced a concrete roofline of apartments on a side street instead of Gran Via, which was a bit disappointing. The room felt a little on the smaller side compared to what was shown in the pictures, and it seemed to be in a quadrangle, lacking an outward view.

Rooms
7.0
The room was smaller than expected and faced a concrete roofline, lacking an outside view.
Service
6.0
The service at the hotel needs improvement but the staff members were very friendly and attentive, making my stay more pleasant.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the nearby open-top bus tours, Tapas bars, and shops. Despite some neighboring properties being of higher quality, the charming neighborhood and proximity to cultural and nightlife spots in Madrid made the location worth it.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered a good variety of food choices, but it seemed a bit expensive, leading me to dine elsewhere. The breakfast provided had a high standard with a wide selection, which added value to the room.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had standard facilities available.

The service is exceptional and accommodating, especially the front desk staff. The dining options are varied and enjoyable, although portions are on the smaller side.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the rooms lacking fresh air, and the inconvenience of two single beds, the outside deck with a jacuzzi was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, with easy access to tourist spots. While the dining options were extensive, the pricing seemed a bit high. Overall, a mixed experience that had its highlights and drawbacks.
